Biography
Dr. Jihoon Moon is a renowned figure in the field of electrical and computer engineering, holding a Ph.D. from Korea University, Seoul, South Korea, earned in 2021. His academic journey in engineering is marked by a deep commitment to advancing the frontiers of technology and innovation.
Between 2011 and 2013, Dr. Moon made significant contributions as a social service agent with the Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit (SMRT) Corporation, which later merged with the Seoul Transportation Corporation in 2017. This experience provided him with a unique perspective on urban transportation systems and their technological underpinnings.
In June 2021, Dr. Moon embarked on a new chapter as a postdoctoral researcher at Chung-Ang University, Seoul. His tenure there, lasting until August 2022, was marked by prolific research and academic collaborations.
Since September 2022, Dr. Moon has been a vital member of the faculty in the Department of AI and Big Data at Soonchunhyang University, Asan, South Korea. In this role, he continues to push the boundaries of knowledge, particularly in the realm of artificial intelligence and big data.
